THE GIBSON METHOD:

Distinction - As distinction occur resolutions begin forming.
Resolution - Resolution is being at peace with an issue.
Integration - The resolution is integrated into behavior (thought, feeling and action).
By using a precise system of Inquiry that leads to clear Distinctions the mind is brought to Resolution, which is instantly Integrated.
